Hold on A Little Longer, Please

What do you do when you’re feeling down and unmotivated? You’ve tried anything but all to no avail? All the way you’re just stuck and feeling confuse, like you’re walking in circle. Sometimes we have no choice. We just have to get back up and keep going no matter what we do.

Feeling unmotivated

I just finished watching a Youtube video about self efficacy this afternoon and I want to share it to you. Maybe some of you had known but here’s a brief definition:

Self-efficacy refers to an individual’s belief in his or her capacity to execute behaviors necessary to produce specific performance attainments (Bandura, 1977, 1986, 1997). Self-efficacy reflects confidence in the ability to exert control over one’s own motivation, behavior, and social environment.

In another words… believe in yourself. Deep inside, you know exactly what you wanna do or you have to do. Have a little courage and faith that it will work out. When things get hard, try harder until you don’t realize you’ve made it through. I got this. You got this!
